Flying from Mexico City to Madrid can be quite expensive. That's where Grupo Castizo come into the picture. Castizo and Catorze are Spanish restaurants located in the heart of Mexico City. They offer a unique blend of Spanish-rooted dishes that showcase the folklore of two of the city's most emblematic neighborhoods: Condesa and Polanco.
WHAT WE'VE DONE
Running a restaurant business is already demanding enough, like a main dish. Therefore, designing, documenting processes, and delivering content to the right target audience often become optional side dishes. We were responsible for cooking the sides.
